Period 2 weeks early

I'm a 30 y/o woman who's been getting irregular periods since I was 9 y/o.  Because my periods have been so irregular the only time I've ever really kept track of them was when I was ttc 2 years ago.  I had my son in June of 2010 & got the Paraguard IUD placed in August 2010.  The Paraguard brought with it HEAVY, crampy, long (7 day, I was used to 2 1/2 or 3 day) periods.  I've not missed a period since it came back, (3 months after giving birth) and they've become more regular (35 day cycles).  Now my concern is that on Aug, 7th I had my period.  It lasted until the 7th of Aug. It came back on the 31st and today (Sept. 2nd) it's still going strong.  I'm concerned because I've never had a period come so close to one another.  I have been super stressed lately.

My history: I've had pre-cancerous cells removed from my cervix (2003).  I've had polyps removed (2003). I've had a miscarriage due to a large tumor growing in my uterus. I had to have a d &c (2004). Tumor was removed (2004). C-section (2006). Difficulty conceiving due to ovarian cyst. Surgery to remove them (2008). Miscarriage (2009). C-section (2010). Paraguard placed (2010).

Is this something I should be concerned with, with my history or even w/o my history? Or is this something I should just chalk up to stress?  Thank you for any info you can give me.  :0)

Correction:  Now my concern is that on Aug, 7th I had my period.  It lasted until the "13th" of Aug. -- I incorrectly put the "7th"

@haz1104 -- Thanks.  I'm really hoping it's just due to the amount of stress I've been under, but it also worries me.  Guess I'll be giving my ob/gyn a call after the  holiday.
