can i get stitched in my vagina even if I didn't just have a baby?

I feel like the outside part if my vagina were it first starts got ripped while having sex and I want to know what I should do.

Hm.  Well, the husband stitch or daddy stitch is something that is a little controversial.  Most women don't really like it.  It makes it harder to get a tampon in and sex can be uncomfortable.  So, I am not sure you'd convince a doctor to do it.  You can talk to yours though.
