Periods pain on right side on 1st day and left side on 4th day.

Hi. I'm 29yrs. I'm not married and virgin. At the age of 13 I attained puberty. From age of 15 I'm experiencing severe period pain. Before 1 week of my periods my PMS will start. I feel very tierd and a day before my period I'll ve some little pain. On 1st day of my period I've severe pain with nausea and vomiting. I couldn't even stand and I can't eat anything. I ve severe pain on my left side. 2nd and 3rd day I ve stomach pain but not severe as 1st day and have back pain. On 4th day my bleeding starts to decrease and On 4th or 5th day I'll ve a severe pain on my right side for about 2 hours with heavy bleeding sometime with clot. And on 6th day my periods stop. Medicines also doesn't help me. I feel little relief with hot packs. What might be the cause for my pain?

You should definitely go to the doctor. Often there are contraceptives that you can take even if you don't want to use them for protection against pregnancy. The pill or mirena IUDs or other things (ask your doctor) can decrease period pain and sometimes make your periods very light or go away altogether. Good luck!
