Possible causes for perineal lump?

So recently I noticed some blood on my toilet paper after bowel movements. Too scared to do anything, I ignored it. I then recently noticed two small lumps on my perineum (between vagina and anus) and experienced inter menstrual bleeding today. I am aware that it could be an STI but I am just curious if anyone else has experienced anything similar & received a different diagnoses?

Hi there.   This is a vaginal prolapse forum.   Do you have any concerns about the lumps coming from the vagina or the front or back wall of the vagina which can include the perineum?   You may wish to post in another forum if you feel you do not have prolapse concerns.
Thank you
