Preg symptoms but bfn

Trying but not Trying TC Baby #3.   Could seriously feel myself during ovulation time and immediately after I was starting to feel nausea.  Came and went a few days for only a few hours.  Breasts feel full and nips are always erect. (not very comfortable)  Felt sharp but not painful side stitches a few time during the last 2 weeks.   My hair which always falls out when I run my fingers through it stopped falling out.  Took a HPT 8/24/13  and got a BFN.  On day period was due 8/25/13 nothing  actually felt great.   On 8/26/13 I had Brown spotting when I wiped.  It gradually turned light pink as the day went on.  Some cramping like the period was in full swing, but nothing.  Today the blood became red.  But still only there when I wipe.  As the day has gone on it started to get worse in amount, but only again when urinating and nothing but a few drops in the pad.   My periods are very regular, very heavy at first and then lighter towards the end.  Usually last 3-4 days.  As of this moment I am barely bleeding at all.  1 day period is so not me!!!  I am again extremely nauseous and tired today.  I have 2 other children and had morning sickness, mood swings, cramping, exhaustion with them both.  I am going to probably test one more time tomorrow and if nothing call the doctor.  Any thoughts?

Hello,
Most home pregnancy tests that check urine beta-HCG are sensitive to 20-25 mIU/ml of HCG. The test can be positive anywhere from about 2-3 days prior to a missed menses to 4-5 days after, but usually it should be done 7-10 days past your missed period. You can check your pregnancy status by a urine for pregnancy test or get your serum HCG levels checked. Ultrasound is the most confirmatory test for pregnancy.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

It definitely sounds like you may be pregnant. I'd wait a few days and test again. If still negative but still no period you may want to see your doctor to get a blood test ordered.
