Pregnancy Trouble.

Me and my boyfriend have been having unprotected sex for about two years and I havn't gotten pregnant. I'm very worried about it because I have PCOS syndrome, but I'm taking Vitex/ChasteTree vitamins but I still don't know what to do about it. Can anyone give me some advice?

Well good luck to you and I really hope it helps improve your cycle. Things like that are ridiculously frustrating, and its just horrendous dealing with it. Thank you so much for your help, I'll definately talk to my doctor about it, because I wasn't aware of that medication, my old OBGYN was terrible, she didnt even tell me what PCOS was she just let me know that I had it. But thank you soooooo much :]

Provera is something that you would to get a prescription for from your dr.  How you take it depends on you and you dr.  I 10mg pills and took one for 5 days and 5 days after I took them I came on my cycle.  Now Im just waiting to see if my cycle is going to come on its own this month if not I will have to do the same thing again.  Its a little frustrating but hopefully soon it will all be for the best.

That did help, thank you because I've just been bothered by this for a while. My cycles are completely out of whack so that is a problem that I have been having as well, is Povera something that is over the counter that you take every day or is it prescribed and you take it once every couple of days?

Hi,
I have been having the same problem but I was not having a regular cycle.  I went to my OB with questions and had a ultrasound of my uterus but still no problems.  I also asked about PCOS and that was not the issue.  So after just telling her a couple of things that was going on with me she informed me that I had an hormonal imbalance.  This caused me not to have a regular cycle and no ovulation so that is why have not gotten pregnant.  She suggested that I take Povera which started my cycle and should make it regular which well make me ovulate like I am supposed to.  So far it has worked and that was about three weeks ago, so my fingers are crossed.  With something of this nature it is hard to find the root problem on your own because it can be a number of things as to why you have not conceived yet.  Are your cycles regular?  If not that could be one of the reason.  If I am not mistaken POCS can be treated.  I have a friend the has it and after a couple of OB visits she is back to normal and her cycles was back on track.  But the best thing for you to do is make an appointment with you OB, ask as manu questions as you possibly can, and do not leave until you know something.  I do not know if any of this helped you but do not give up hope.  I know that I have not.
