Pregnancy and periods

I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend 2 days before my period began.  Could it still be possible for me to have gotten pregnant and how soon could I find out for sure?

i would still say your not pregnant. its not likely AT ALL that you would have gotten pregnant 2 days before your period

you have a son already so you know when to test. after your missed period, at least thats when i would test.

Given your history, you may have reason to wonder. If you know your body and know that something is off, you better listen to it. It wouldn't be the time you had sex 2 days before your period, it would have been about 5 days before that. If you had unprotected sex at that time, then I would say chances are pretty good you are pregnant.

when I had my second son i still had a period and was already about 2 months into my pregnancy when i found out.  My periods usually only last about 2 1/2 days so a light flow is normal to me.  Why is it that you can still have a period even though you ARE pregnant?  having said that..........that is why i questioned if i could had my period after having unprotected sex.  sometimes i think a woman knows her own body well enough to know when something if "off"    I have been nauseated everyday for the past week with more "bubble guts" than normal.  My eating habits have been a little off which may be the cause of that but i also have slight lower back pain and have been excessively tired almost to the point of exhaustion.  I may just be a little over paranoid but I want to be sure that the risk wasnt as bad as i thought.

If you had sex and then started your period, you are fine. I would be careful in the future, however. If you are not protected, don't do it.
