I agree that it doesn't sound like you're pregnant. But what worries me in your story is your casual use of Plan B. It is not good for you when used as often as twice in three weeks, and it is not meant to be a backup to casual contraception. If you're having sex regularly and don't want to risk pregnancy, you need a more serious method. Expecting your boyfriend to pull out and even just relying on condoms aren't very good methods. Get an IUD, or get on the Pill, or get the implant.
Hi. First, with regards to odd spotting and bleeding after taking plan B, that is perfectly normal. This is what happens. Plan B is a whopping dose of hormones which is how it works to prevent pregnancy. So, your period will be irregular and unpredictable for a little while with three months being pretty common. Second, to be honest, condoms don't usually get little holes in them . . . when a condom fails, it's a big mess. They split. I don't think that condom hole our boyfriend things he found would cause you to get pregnant. Wait and see if you get a period but what is hard is that you will be irregular now any way. But really, I'm guessing you aren't pregnant. Maybe get your own condoms or go on the pill to make sure you are safe from now on. good luck hon
