Really Scared Teen

hi, this is really weird for me but I'm freaked out and needed advice. A few weeks ago I had a bowel movement and there was a bit of blood in the water and on the toilet paper. No big deal. It didn't happen again. But yesterday, there was some blood in my underpants (I'm sorry if I'm being graphic, just telling everything). When I went to the restroom, the water was red when I was finished and the toilet paper was soaked through red. It's bright red blood and it happens every time I have a bowel movement for the past day or so. Any advice??

If you are bleeding from your anus you NEED to see a dr. I wouldn't wait!
