Really bad shooting pains and my vagina

Ever since full hysterectomy on May 9th 2018 I been having really bad pain in my lower tummy and in my vagina they had treated me three times for it since my surgery but I'm still having the really bad shooting pains even if I'm sitting down or walking I'll get them and when I'm trying to go pee I will get them so what do you think is causing it they traded me for a UTI and that didn't help

That sounds awful! It could be nerve damage but I don't know if there's a way to diagnose that. You will probably need to see a different doctor than the one who did your surgery. Have you seen your primary care doctor?
