Room feels weird, uncomfortable feeling?

This is hard to explain, and I don't know if this is a normal thing, or woman thing or whatnot. I'll try to explain the best I can. So there are times I will be sleeping, and I wake up feeling the room is pressurised, my body feels odd, things feels "soft" and "hard", the room feels weird, and I start groaning because it's uncomfortable and things don't make sense until I calm down and fall back asleep. All this happens probably for a couple of minutes, before my brain can even register I'm awake. So does anyone know what it could be? It's happened a few times and I'd like to know what I can do to make it stop. I'm 22 and  obviously female.

Thank you.
