Scratching after sex?

Hi, I have a question.
6 Days ago I had protected sex (lets say one night stand) with a girl. I am not sexually active (last time was 3 years ago) and under no circumstances we removed the condom at all during the act.
Thing is after 1 day I feel moderately itchy in my pubic area and after I took many hot showers it still persists on. I looked a lot of times if I could find any pubic lice, even tried with a comb but I couldn't find anything unusual in the comb, also no spots or anything weird on the skin in my pubic area. 6 Days now i still itch and i can feel a light burning at the tip of my penis. It's not really serious itching just moderately, and as I mentioned no red spots or anything odd.
When I walk it feels itchy, but when I sleep not so much.

Do you know what it could be?

I am generally a panicky/paranoid person when it comes to health, do you think this could be due to stress or anything panic related?

I am a bit OCD with stuff happening 'down there' as well - even though it could be nothing, I would still go to the Dr. or a walk in clinic or something along the lines to have someone check it out. They will do a swab of your penis and maybe blood work to see if there is any infections.. but you could just be allergic to latex ?? If this never happened before using condoms.. maybe it's a different brand?? I'd go get it checked out still. Even though you used a condom all kinds of fluids get all crazy down there... Don't mess around with STD's dude.. Good luck!
