Serious problem with anus and vagina

Hi, I'm a 15 year old girl and I stopped my period about a week ago. During my period, I had a regular absorbency tampon in, and it bled through within 3 hours, usually I have a very light flow. I was worried and stuck with pads until I finished my cycle. Towards the last couple of days, my vagina started having an uncomfortable feeling, and day after day it got super itchy. I looked at it and it seemed like it was a little swollen. I avoided strong soaps, and tried keeping the area clean and dry. And the itching eventually stopped, but now there is a serious problem around my anus. It is very red, slightly purple, and has a rough ring around the redness that kind of burns, almost like a rash. It also seemed kind of moist so I I wet it with water and wiped it dry with a cotton pad and it still is a bit moist. The redness has been getting bigger and bigger and has also started to burn more. Also, when I wipe my anus after using the restroom, (number 2) the hole part is extremely itchy. Please help, my parents just got a divorce and things have been crazy so I don't have the courage to ask my dad to take me to the doctor. Is there a way I could cure this without seeing a doctor? Thank you so much for your time.

Start w vag. Tampons can tear the lining of vag.and cause itching and burning. Tampons can also cwuse your period to flow backwards ending in bad health problems. Dont wear them unless you have to. The anus may be hemrrhoids. Try some tucks pads. Unless youve been sexual, bthen, it could be something worse.

I use mostly natural products due to my allergies.  When I was your age my periods were not regular and it did cause me problems as I got older.  Heavy flows and what appeared like large clots of blood would appear and the pain was excruciating.  I when in my upper teens about age 17 bled for more than two months and after the doctors scratched their heads in frustration, I was sent to an endochrinelogist a specialist for the endocrine system.  Turned out that I had a hormone imbalance and took some pills for a month and it cleared up the problem. Also a product to cleanse with for feminine use is 'Vagisil' which has the right feminine ph components; so best to cleanse with that for both areas you are concerned about though would suggest you use a different cloth for cleansing for each area and then use a cyts bath with epsom salts in it.  I would see the doctor about getting a vaginal swab to test for bacterial problems and also for the anus area.

There is the possibility of pin worms that may cause the itching. You can get a treatment at the drug store for that and if not then their are blood purifiers that kill such infestations such as 'Pau Darco Tea' or 'Mathrake Tea' which you would need to get at the Health Mart store or store that has alternative health products.

I have gotten a product from the 'Jim Bakker Show.com' and this product is called 'Silver Sol'  Would advice you get both the Silver Sol gel and the Silver Sol liquid.  The gel is safe to put around the vulva area and in the vagina and as well in the anus and it works like charm.  I use it and it corrects problems with a day.  Also I took one tablespoon three times a day for two days and my UTI (Urinary Tract Infection) was healed.

As far as your Dad is concerned just ask him to make a doctor's appointment for you so that you can get checked for anything that you need to have knowledge of.  Then make a plan of action.  God speed and live one day at a time.

You did the right thing by keeping your vagina clean and using mild soaps.
You may have had an allergic reaction to the tampon and as you get no problems by using sanitary pads, I would stick with those.

Use non perfumed soaps or soaps that have the same pH level as our skin.  Soaps can dry the delicate skin around the vaginal area, causing it to itch.  Sometimes itching can be from Thrush and antifungal creams and antifungal capsules can be got from the doctor on prescription or they can be purchased from the pharmacy without a prescription.  But as you are 15 I would advise that you should always see the doctor first.

For your anal problem, you can buy from the pharmacy ointments and suppositories for anal use.  A suppository is inserted into the anal passage.  If you can buy Sudocrem that could help to apply to the cleaned and dried anus.  Ideally you should see your doctor to know for certain what the problem is.

If you have been struggling to go to the toilet, you may have haemorrhoids.  So it is important for you to have a good healthy diet with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables and drink plenty of water.  Keep off or cut down on sugary and processed foods.

When you have done your business in the toilet pan, have a look to if you can see any white threadlike worms.

If you do have threadworms you would need to get the right medication from the pharmacy or a prescription from the doctor to eradicate them.

In the mean time always wash your hands thoroughly after using the toilet and immediately after touching your private parts.  I know it is hard, but try and not scratch the itch.  This will make it worse and can damage the skin.
If you have natural plain yogurt in the house, you can apply some of that to the cleaned itchy area.  This will help to cool the itching down.

Always wash your hands before eating any food.
