Sexually Assaulted: Should I get tested?

Hello

My ex-boyfriend insisted on unprotected sex with me against my will. It wasn't violent or anything, but I did not say "yes" when he asked me but he told me to just relax and let it happen. He was intoxicated at the time. If he weren't   intoxicated, I don't think he would have been so insistent. This resulted in unprotected penetration of no longer than 30-45 seconds. He didn't ***, and from my several encounters with this guy before this event I can say that he has never shown signs of precum. According to him (whom I still would trust to have told me the truth) claimed he had slept with at least 3 girls before me (I can't remember the exact number) and they were all his girlfriends who all happened to be virgins. Except one girl, whom he claimed was a one night stand and that he used protection.

I want to get tested for STDs for my own peace of mind, but where I live that "peace of mind" would cost me a little over $200 and I simply cannot afford that right now. I have shown no signs of any STD/STIs since the event that occurred about 5-6 months ago. I haven't had any changes in health except for some digestive problems which I assume are unrelated. I haven't had any partners since the aforementioned ex-boyfriend. My question is, do I need to be concerned? Yes, I know I should get tested at some point. But I want to know if I should be concerned as of right now since I cannot afford a test at the moment. If you believe I should get tested as soon as possible, which tests should I specifically ask for?

@blondy33: HPV (human papaloma virus) is checked for in a pap smear you get every three years.  It causes the changes in cells if it's the right type.

@BoxFringeGirl: Do you live near a Planned Parenthood?  Is there a county health clinic you could go to?  I'm sure you've thought through your options, but these are some that people don't always have come to mind.

I would at least get tested for the ones that aren't going to show themselves or could go unnoticed for a long time or are common. HIV, herpes, chlamydia, etc.  Maybe you can consult with a doctor regarding which ones are most urgent to test for and won't be obvious in the ways they reveal themselves if a simple appointment wouldn't cost too much.
