Sick While on Menstrual?

I have been going through this since I was 12 and I'm 18 now. That is way too long for me. When I get my monthly menstrual, like on the second day I get really sick and vomit a lot. I have really bad cramps too...After the second day of my menstrual with the vomitting and stuff, I'm usually pretty okay. But my cramps last just about my whole period, my period is 7 days and I cramp for like 4/5 days striaght. I'm talking about uterus cramping, backaches, thighs hurting, and my bottom is really tender; and my periods are usually really heavy too. My doctor prescribed me some medicine to help keep me from getting sick, and it works when I take it but I wanna know if there is a method I can try other than medication? And yes I do jog daily but is there any other kind of exercises or anything I can do to prevent me from getting sick when I get my menstrual?

Hopefully that will give you some relief.  You could also use the heating pad stickers (that last up to eight hours) to make things easier,

Have you tried a heating pad or hot water bottle?  Sometimes that helps.
