Small painless bump on labia

I just noticed a small bump on my left labia, I did have one around a month ago on the right. They are only notices when I just happen to feel them with my Hand.  It doesn’t hurt unless I mess with it and nothing happens when I squeeze it. Any idea what it could be? The other one went away after a few days on its own.

That could literally be a hair follicle or a little cyst that is normally harmless.  Don't squeeze them!  That's a straight route to infection and then you have a problem.  In fact, try to leave it alone.  Try to keep your hands off of it.  Next visit you have with your doctor, mention it.  But I wouldn't personally be worried especially since they never hurt and go away.
