Small white bumps (?) appearing regularly on my clitoris?

I noticed this about a couple weeks ago when I saw these tiny white lumps on my clitoris as well as where the clitoral hood meets the inner labia, about 4 of them. They appeared to be slightly under the skin though not much. I was able to remove them pretty easily and had a consistently similar to a very soft cheese almost? But I noticed after about 4-5 days that they came back in exactly the same places, which began to concern me. I’m very nervous to talk to my mother about this and even more nervous at the prospect of a doctor having to potentially look at it. So I would like to know if this is some harmful condition or just a harmless abnormality. Any insight as to what this may be is greatly appreciated. Sorry for making this so long and thank you for your time.
