Sternum chest pain just to the right

For the last 30 hours I have been experiencing chest pain.  I feel in just right of the sternum so no quite centre.  It comes and goes and only lasts a few seconds and feels like I'm being stabbed.  I don't have any other symptoms other then fatigue but I haven't been sleeping so I'm exhausted.  When it first happened it actually woke me up out of my sleep.  It is very sporadic in that it could be an hour or two between pains and they only last seconds.  I have Lupus and fibromyalgia and I have been working out and being more active so I'm not sure if it is from my disease or working out or if it is something more sinister.  I have been worked up by a cardiologist just under a year ago and he said from a cardiac standpoint I looked good.  Any insight?
