Swollen bump in pubic area

Okay so I'm 15 and I'm a virgin. two days ago I got this bump in my pubic area. I've only shaved down like 3 times so I'm not sure if its from shaving. Its also under the skin. It is swollen and hurts. I'm not sure how I got it or how to get rid of it. I've never been comfortable with my body so I don't want to go to the doctor nor do I have the money and I'm embarrassed to ask my mom about it.  Can sweating down there cause something like this? Anyone got any suggestions?

You don't give enough information about the location to say what it might be, but in case it's not a zit you should investigate the more serious infections of the "Bartholin's gland" and "Skene's gland".  Good luck.

it's probably a big old zit. when you start shaving down there the hair folicles can get clogged up with oil/sebum that natural comes from your pores. it's like an ingrown hair.
