Swollen vagina outer area

I have a swollen outer lower labia majora area.  Vagina is swollen too..equal on both sides. NO REDNESS, no itching, just sore.  I am wondering if this is maybe because of ovulation.  I have no fever, no burning, no signs of infection....I do have internal anal hemroids and my perianal area is a little swollen  Could this be attributing to vagianl swelling also.  What do you think?

my vaginal area is swollen, a little sore and a little itchy, there is some discharge but it isn't lumpy or anything of that sort, is it possible i have an STD or a yeast infection??  These symptoms just came, i haven't been active in over a week?

Sex only twice last week.  It's not red or itchy and I would think that it would be if it was caused from soap..which hasn't changed or I haven't been using anything new.  Could it be a Bartholins Cyst but not infected so it isn't red?

I don't see where it would have anything to do with the roid's. Have you been having sex a lot? It could be something as simple as your soap, but If it doesn't get beter I would go see about it.
