Trouble With Penetration!!!???

I'm 16 years old and I've had my period since I was 11. I have been trying to use tampons for like 4 or 5 years and I've literally NEVER been able to get them in. This ***** and can be really annoying in the summer but lately I've been having a problem that doesn't just affect me... My boyfriend and I have been together for almost a year now and I really love him and we want to become sexually active (we're both virgins). We have tried having sex twice now to no avail. The first time he thinks was his fault because he wasn't hard enough because I had already given him a ******* and he came, but I'm pretty sure it was my fault. This past weekend we tried again and it was like impossible for him to penetrate me. He fingered me for a really long time but that didn't help. Every time he fingers me it really just doesn't feel good. What is wrong with my vagina? Please help!!! He says it's okay and it doesn't have to be right now and that we'll figure it out, but I feel so bad making him wait much longer and I really want to do this with him! Plus I would so love to be able to use tampons because pads are such a pain and sort of embarrassing...

Using lube is very important. Also feeling comfortable and relaxed. If your getting stressed out about it "not working" then it won't. If your having trouble about feeling satisfied when he fingers you, you should try and experiment on your own! Try and find things you like and get to know your body. It will really help a lot
