Blood after masturbation in middle of cycle

Every now and then I'll get blood after a masturbation session but it only appears if I have multiple orgasms during the session. This usually occurs in the middle of a cycle or right before my period starts (I've had a few periods start early because of this).

When I looked this up before, someone said it was old period blood but recently it's been happening more often and I'm now just wondering if I should be concerned.

Also, I only use clitoral stimulation (I used to use dildos and did use it one time last month but in recent months I haven't used them) during masturbation.

I'm 24 years old and have not been with anyone. Also, my last period was only three days (when usually it's 5 days) so I was thinking the increase in frequency was because of old period blood but I don't know.
