Swollen inner vagina after fingering

After getting fingered I immediately started itching down in my vagina, after I went to the bathroom it stopped. After I got home I realized that my vagina felt quite sore and I felt up there and realized that it was really swollen- I left it alone hoping it would take care of itself. A day later it was still swollen and painful to the touch and I prayed that it would just go away if I didn't mess with it. I made sure it was clean and went on with my day.
Now today I was watching TV and felt a horrible pain in my lower stomach and lower vagina. I went to the bathroom to try to see if making a bowel movement would help solve anything but as soon as I sat on the toilet my body was riddled with extricating pain so bad I seen stars. I screamed for help and my Mum came in and tried to calm me down. My ears starting ringing and I almost blacked out in the bathroom! After that I got up pulled up my pants and walked into my room but collapsed onto the ground and blacked out for a a minute then my Mum dragged me to the bed. I'm worried something is wrong but I don't want my Mother knowing that I'm even remotely sexually active since I'm 18 turning 19 and still in school. What can I do to make the pain and swelling go away on my own?

Also, you could possibly have a UTI if his hands were dirty or had bacteria. Do go see a doctor though to rule out any infection.

I'm okay, his hands were clean- he is very much a clean freak so it wasn't anything like that. Everything ended up fine and I didn't have to go to the ob/gyn

You might have a problem that is unrelated to the fingering event. Possibly an infection, a cyst, a fibroid, or something else, that just happened to hit around the same time as you got together with your boyfriend. Tell your mom you're having unusual cramps and see the ob/gyn.

It was unrelated to the uh... Fingering incident (can't believe I actually posted that, I'm so embarrassed) The pain went away after a few hours and I didn't go to the ob/gyn. I'm fine now though :)

That was quite a fingering episode to result in this!  Perhaps you got a minor infection (dirty fingers nicking you?).  Not sure.  But if you have 'terrible pain', then you should see a doctor.  At your age, you should be able to go into the doctor's exam room by yourself and talk to a doctor openly. I have sons at 16 and 14 who get to decide if they want me in the room or not when they see the doctor. So, this is something you can do independently.  Typically swelling will go down from something like this within 24 hours. It's been that long now, is it better?

It's better now haha, just seen that I actually got responses- tbh completely forgot about this posting. Anyways, everything ended up okay. Didn't go to see the ob/gyn or anyone since the pain went away after a few hours- and also I have no insurance so not much of an option there. The fainting thing is something totally unrelated. Thanks for responding and I am very okay now lol
