Uneasy feeling

I'm not sure what's going on with me but for the last few months I have felt chest discomfort which causes a nausea feeling. My upper extremities get like a numbing feeling and I get really tired. The only thing that makes me feel better is to lay down. What could this be?

Hi, I just noticed this due to your other posts.  You really do need to go see a doctor now!   Those are some of the symptoms of heart problems.  See this

I would get to the doctor to find out.  It's impossible to run tests on you online to determine what is going on.  It could be any number of things ranging in severity.  You've probably already waited longer than you should have.
