Vagina Spasms(?)

I've been having this issue for the Past month now. I've been feeling this strong random contraction spasms in my vagina. It's extremely its very uncomfortable and keeps me up at night. Like that whole area is buzzing. It occurs most when laying down with legs are stretched out. When I'm not having these spasms, I feel this weird butterfly top feeling in my vaina, sometimes near my anus...I did recent have a UTI but I took medication for it....Help

Hi there.  Gosh, sorry to hear about this.  I did some reading on this and apparently, your UTI could be to blame still.  It also can be psychological if you have ever had a past sexual trauma.  Are you able to have intercourse?

Hello there! I have been cleared of UTI. I have also went to a urologist and even had a Cystoscopy procedure done and ultrasound. My bladder is fine with no inflammation. I still haven't found an answer yet. I don't get the spasms as frequently as I did in the beginning but I still get them and the tingling. I have done more research and its possible I could have an issue with my pelvic floor that is causing the spasms.
And yes, I can still have intercourse lol
