I have done so much research and nothing seem to come up for this problem there anyone else that know what am going through please reply and give me some suggestions

Knowing that it may just be normal should make you feel better.  Women can have a fair amount of discharge and it is not indicative of a problem.  Try the things I mentioned to see if they help.  good luck

Ugh, sorry this is causing you so much distress.  I'm sure they swabbed it and it wasn't yeast or bacterial, right?  And you know not to douche which can make matters worse. To be honest, white discharge is normal.  It's protective to your reproductive organs. And when you are aroused, your lubrication may look a little different than the discharge so would not keep away from sex because of it.  I know it is hard though.   So, what CAN you do.  I would cut down on sugar.  Some women do just have thicker discharge.  See if cutting down on sugar helps.  Also, do you take probiotics?  You can take a supplemental probiotic or you can drink the smoothies/eat the yogurt enhanced with it. This helps with vaginal ph.  I'd ask your doctor to run blood work to check your hormone levels.

But, track when it is worse.  You may find a normal pattern---  around ovulation time is common to have thicker discharge and then before your period.  You may have an allergy leading to increased discharge and believe it or not, good old fashioned STRESS can increase discharge.  Weird, not sure why that is but it does.  You can use a wash cloth with a bit of antibacterial soap and clean around the outside of your lady bits to help with any odor that occurs due to the discharge.  Let the area air out occasionally like sleeping without underwear from time to time.

So, I don't have much to offer but hope it gets solved for you!
