Sorry I  said couch instead of douches. I should check my spelling.

Are the pink lumps the color of your skin or are they pinker, like they are inflamed? And, what size of lumps?

You could just be looking at normal parts of the vagina. But if you are having itching, I agree with the poster above in suggesting that you could try an over-the-counter yeast-infection treatment, and then if the itching doesn't go away, see a doctor.

Hi Annie, thanks for your response. Is there an email or somewhere I could post a picture. I have had 3 kids and have been with same partner for 16 years. I’m just worried it’s a cancer. However, it could be part of a normal structure of the vagina. The itching has stopped so luckily.

Please do not send photos of your vagina to our members.  If you need a visual examination, you will need to see a doctor.  No one - not even a doctor - can diagnose your issues from photos.

Hi,
It could be yeast, or bacterial vaginosis.  Have you tried over the counter yeast treatments? If that doesn't work it could be a yeast still as some of them have become resistant to those treatments.  You can get BV (which is caused by certain bacteria) . If you use a couch or soap inside of the vagina you can disrupt the normal bacteria.
Best thing is if you tried yeast treatments and that didn't work see your  doctor.  They can test for BV and also yeast and if you have a resistant strain of yeast they will give you a different ant-fungal.
Hope this helps.
