Vaginal cuts...painful

For 3days now I have been having excruciating pain, sting and a little blood which is not from my period. Finally I had my husband take a look and he tells me that there a lot of small cut all over. I have tries everything I can think of to ease the pain but nothing is working. I first thought I had a rash so I used  desitin no help. Then I tried A & D ointment, liquid vitamin E. Again no help. I have used ice packs to ease the burning sensation that helped for a while. I have done baths which help but once I get out and dry off the pain comes back. Currently I am using a heating pad an that is helping better then the ice. When I go pee it kills me, the pain is so bad I feel sick to my stomach and begin to shake and my whole body tenses up. I don't know what more to do. Any advice would be helpful.

Sadly found out that the prednisone I took for pinched nerve in my neck caused a severe herpes outbreak. On meds now to clear it. Might take longer to heal the ob\gyn said. Pain still so bad walk or even sitting is not optional most times.

They actually can be exspcially if its not only on the inside but skin too. It can make the skin dry up to were it breaks an looks like cuts... its extremely painful and uncomfortable an like any wound would hurt if contacted by urine.. it seems like a rash at first but u soon realize its something different as regular treatment wont work

I know it is not bladder infection.  I have had a bladder infection and know it isn't one. When I say hurts to pee I meant that when urine comes in contact with the skin it stings. The slight blood is coming off my labia. As far as yeast infection well never had one before. Never heard they are painful. Any other ideas?

Don't know about the cut but if hurts to pee and there is slight bleeding you could have a minor bladder infection.
