Red bumps on my clitoris

I felt some discomfort on my clitoris, and theres these small raw patch on the actual head of it and a little bit around it under the hood, almost like the skin has just worn away or it has been cut, there has been no itching and it isnt really painful, just when touched and it's quite sensitive. I havnt had sex in almost a year. This all started after i finished having my period 4 days ago. I thought it might be an allergic reaction to the pads that i was using but i have always used that brand and its never dont anything to my skin.  So im just not sure whatnot could be.
