Was I pregnant ? What do I do now ?

Okay, so there's a lot to say but I'm just gonna try to sum it all up. Im 18 years old and me and this guy that im talking to had sex a couple days back for the first time (Wednesday or Thursday I believe) and he had came inside me .. Also the day after and then two days later (which was yesterday/Sunday). I know that was a stupid thing to do and we should've just worn a condom but we didn't ... It is what it is.
(Also I am a heavy smoker of cigarettes) about 10 a day or a little less is my usual amount.
So yesterday was a long day , we had sex or whatever and something had happened with one of my roomates about our living situation so I was stressed out, I ended up going outside and staying out for long to get my mind off of things, smoke, etc. I was exhausted and haven't been able to get any sleep because I didn't have my keys, so I had to wait outside in the cold for about 3 and a half hours till my friend came home . I was freezing, shaking, teeth chattering and I had to pee (like really bad) to the point where I had to stand up and sit back down every so often so I could try to stop the needy flow . Okay so when I got back into the house I was feeing really weird. Not sick or anything but weird . Like not myself. I was really cold and still shivering and my bladder was really heavy and uncomfortable . Like I had to pee but it wasn't urgent anymore . ( as if it was pushed all the way bak into me, so far that it doesn't even need to come out anymore) . So I sit down on the toilet and I pee, but only have way. And it frustrated me so much that I couldnt get it all out you know? Like I kept pushing and pushing just to get a few drops out every now and then . Also at one point I think semen had pushed out( because he had came in me not to long ago and it really felt like he had pushed all my pee in me and made it stay ) (just how it felt im just saying) and then after the supposed semen came out, ( while I was peeing) I wiped . And I saw blood. Like a heavy period blood but then that was it. I wiped again and nothing . If anything only semen was wiping away . So I took a hot shower immediately after and tried to warn up / relax, and even while I was showering I kept trying to push out pee or blood or something . I felt so trapped that I couldnt get the feeling away . (Nothing really was hurting btw) then.. A blood clot comes out. Very small very normal, just no period to go with it.. And then it happened.  I passed what looks like an embryo ... Idk . Im gonna put the picture with this question... And I'm pretty sure it is ... I just want to be sure and I would like to know what I should do . And what could have been the cause ... Something im just scared ... It's doubtful.  Based on when you had unprotected sex that this would be the case.  Nothing would have even implanted yet.  So, stop worrying.  It wasn't an embryo. good luck

Also the thing that I thought was an embryo was about the size of the tip of my thumb .

I am sexually active but it's been a while since the last time I had done it and I had my regular periods after it was all said and done . And no not yet with my period , it's only been about 5 days now since then .
An about the thing that came out of me , I don't know what to think,. It looked like an embryo. It was like a skin tones bubble aith what looked like a blood clot on the tip on the top and with another blood clot looking thing at the end like a tail. Idk but yeah definitely .... This is stressing me out so much on top of everything else im dealing with.. Lesson learned also im making an appointment with a clinic tomorrow so that I could see what's up. Also im not sure if this is related or not, but my urine has had a pigment smell (kinda overbearing) since then and my bladder hurts now when I pee (like when your on your period and it hurts to pee , etc) and it still cuts short. It's verry  odd.

I thought she said she had sex, unprotected, three days ago.  It is too soon for you to have been pregnant and have something come out hon.  Take a pregnancy test when you miss your period (IF you miss your period) and please please please use condoms.  good luck

Ok... So I'm going to try to answer a question or two, the way I see it....

You do not mention if you are sexually active. Could you have gotten pregnant about a month or so ago? You would not have had miscarriage from the sexual intercourse you had that week.

You mention it was a very stressful situation... You may have felt that way because of all the stress you were feeling.

Have you gotten your period yet? Was it normal? These are a few questions I would suggest you bring up with your Dr, maybe.

Also, since you mentioned it in your post... Make sure to use protection each and every time you have sex.
