Weight ( Lose Weight) 180 pounds to 140 pounds!!!

Hey, I am a 14 year old. I weight 180 pounds and i want to lose weight. I want to Weight 140 pounds. And i want to know how to lose weight and how much excises each day and what i am going to eat and how much calories.
Oh yea my dad is signing me up for the YMCA to go to the gym their. If i go to The gym their how much hours do i have to work out?

Hi, You need to see a dr about a healthy weight loss plan no tjust go it alone. Take care and get help with this don't go it alone

If you eat relatively healthy and do like 30 mins to an hour excersise you should lose weight, if usually you did no excersise and ate junk food. Eeeyones different but be consistent with your excersise do it everyday. It can be hard and the weight might fall off slowly, but that's the best way. Keep focused on your goal. Good luck!
