Weight gain and bloating

I've always been thin, am 5'2 and at most weighed 120, usually 112-115. For the last 2 years I have just gained consistently and was last at 133 despite healthy eating and watching calories. I am not pregnant but all my weight seems to go to my thighs, upper arms and breasts. My face hasn't changed at all and my stomach is relatively flat depending on bloating. Which can be considerable on some days making me look 6 months pregnant. This bloating also makes me feel terrible. Allergy tests show no food allergies at all. Blood work all normal. Insulin and glucose normal. Thyroid normal. Hormones normal. I feel terrible and hate the way I look and clothes that don't fit. I don't know how to buy new clothes as my weight won't stop going up. I'm glad to be healthy but frustrated to not know what to do to fix. I've done the virgin diet but lost no weight. Cut carbs and gluten and corn etc but to no avail. I know I am not alone so I am hoping someone here has some insight or anything that has worked for them. 7 years ago I had a similar issue eating fruit where if I ate it I packed on weight/water and it went away as soon as I stopped eating it, like 5-10 lbs in a matter of days. But basically cut this out of my diet and was fine for years until 2 years ago, looking for any answers or similar stories as I am having a hard time convincing my dr I'm not crazy.
