What are these cold sore looking things on my genitalia

I have one big cold sore on the inside of my vagina (about 25mm) and another tiny one on my labia minora near the majora area . They do not itch or burn nor I do I feel any pain but I do feel discomfort from it being there ... I am 21 and the last time I’ve had unprotected sex was 4-5 months ago, my male partner says that he’s clean ( I haven’t seen any evidence of that).

You need to go to the doctor as soon as possible so he can see and swab the sores.  It is too hard to dignore by description and be accurate. I'm sure anyone reading your question would have one or two ideas, as herpes presents this way, but a few other things do as well.  Not to mention the possibility of some sort of irritation or physical abrasion.
Let us know how it went.
