What could it be?

May 5, i had a pap that was normal. Skip to Tues June 12 I shaved my genital area, and that night ran and had a vigorous workout out in the Texas heat. Wed the 13th I had unrotected sex. Thursday the 14, I was very irritated in my genital region. Friday the 15th noticed a red bumpy, prickly rash on my butt. Tuesday the rash was still there, but not as bad. I decided to go have it checked just in case. Doc looked and said it looks like a heat rash or it was probably caused from a lot of friction and things going on in a short time. Friday the 22nd the rash is still there, and now my labia is sore and swollen and I'm having an irritated throat. I called the man I had sex with, and he said he also developed a rash on his leg  it but has cleared up. He said he also has flu like symptoms all weekend. He said he had not been with another partner in months and showed me his lab Results from a std screening he did 9 months ago where he was negative for all. I have just come out of a monogamous relationship for 6 months and was screened may 4 coming out clear. Friday also I started to have white milky discharge.im panicking. What could this be?
