I have a painful lump around my outer labia majora, where the public hair grows..

When I first discovered the lump..  It was painful but I forcefully pressed it and I felt like something bursted just a little inside the lump..  The next day...  I think..  Not sure that it grew smaller and little less painful but it is still painful...  Should I be worried please? ...

So, women can get an ingrown pubic hair.  Yep, it can happen  and it hurts.  Try to keep your hand OFF of it as our hands can transfer bacteria and it can get infected.  I would imagine it is healing now since it is shrinking.  It should be gone soon.
