What could this be
I'm a 18 year old virgin and haven't had my period in over 6 months. I been having the following symptoms:
- pelvic pain
-spotting brown discharge and little blood
- cramps
- lower back pain
- fever
- bloating
- painful stomach pain
- nausea
- dizziness
- and rapid breathing
What could it be I'm scared and reeling lots of pain each day? It's getting worse

Its probably a cyct on your overiers bc i have 2 small ones on mine and i have some of the same symptoms as you but i would defantly check with a doctor on that
