I'm sorry if this seems complicated, but I'm really starting to worry.
I've had quite a few sexual partners in my past, but have only had unprotected sex with three people (two men and one woman.)
I've been in a relationship with a woman for nine months, and she's only been with one other person.
I'm concerned, because both of us bleed during intercourse. I have never bled before having sex with her, and she's never bled before having sex with me. It doesn't happen all the time, but when it does it really concerns me because it's not just a little bit of blood, it's a pretty substantial amount. There's no pain when it happens and there's no pain after. I have white spots on my inner labia, but they aren't painful, itchy, and they don't blister, bleed, or anything like that...they're just there. I originally thought that I might have herpes, but there's no pain anywhere and nothing really happens with the spots. She doesn't have anything visually noticeable anywhere in her genital area.
I went to an obgyn, she looked at me saying that everything was okay. She just said that my cervix was a little red, but it wasn't a big deal and not to worry about it. I got a pap smear and a vaginal infection test. Both came back negative. I also got a blood std test, just to be safe. All of the tests came back negative. She told me that my girlfriend was probably fingering me too deeply and hitting my cervix, causing the bleeding. We both thought that this didn't really seem like the cause because we can tell when we're touching the cervix.
I'm concerned because the bleeding goes on and off, but there's no pain or anything. I thought that it could be an std or something like that, but I have no idea because neither of us have ever had symptoms of stds and we've been sexually active for six or seven months. I don't think that we would just now be noticing something wrong. Over the past couple of days/weeks she has noticed some itching in her vaginal area. She says that if she ignores the itching it goes away, but if she itches it it gets worse. I have eczema, and it sounds like a similar type of itching, but from everything I've heard it's rare to get it in that area and it's not contagious. So I don't know what that is, either. /:
Neither of us have any strange or strong smelling odor or any strange discharge.
I'm really worried that it is in fact an std. I really have no idea what to do.
