What is it that I have ?

I had sex and oral sex with my partner and a few days later I felt a tingling on the back of my throat. When I checked I saw these white pus spots on my tonsils. I went to urgent care to get an STD screening and found out I am negative in everything  like chlamydia,HPV and gonorrhea.  Also came back negative in strep throat. What is it that I have because this is not the first time that I’ve noticed these spots after oral. I first thought it might’ve been oral chlamydia since I’ve also had thick discharge and  itchiness but i am negative in it.

Date of sex: 06-11 Date of checkup: 06-18
