And will also bleed lightly for couple minutes then it would stop and it's on one side of my cervix that's in pain like the left side then the pain would move following back pains

Sounds like you are about to get your period. Some women do get this too if they are about to or are ovulating but that's not really that common (ask any women who is trying to conceive who is dying to figure out exactly when she ovulates and how much they'd love this 'sign', it just doesn't happen to most but "could" happen). When is your period due?
