What is the meaning of RDW 18.6 IN MY BLOOD TEST AND ALSO MCH 34.8 and MCV 103?

I have a lot of chronic severe pain but doctors don't know why.

Your lab report should include lab ranges for each of these tests. Based on the lab ranges from a web search, your results are above range but it is possible that the lab you used could have slightly different ranges. Typically when lab results deviate from the norm / normal ranges, your doctor will contact you and explain the possible causes and next steps.

Based on my web search, if your results are indeed above range, this could be an indication of macrocytic anemia which indicates a vitamin B12 and/or folate deficiency. Here is a good link explaining it - https://www.healthline.com/health/macrocytic-anemia#types-and-causes.
