What should I do if i have this problem?

Today, I noticed that on the inside of my labia minora I have a bump. It feels like as if it were a small pea. I am not sexually active and I also have an itching sensation.

Hi.  Believe it or not, this could be an infected hair follicle.  A small cyst is another possibility.  I would leave it completely alone, no touching or looking.  And recheck yourself in 2 weeks.  If its still there and you are worried, visit your doctor to look at it.  but feel pretty confident it is nothing to worry about. good luck
