What to do when bv comes back

Okay so I'm 22 and I been having trouble with bv since I was 18...Bv is a infection inside the vagina that causes discharge and a fishy odor. Trust me when I tell u it's embarrassing and something I don't like talking about but I have no idea what to do anymore. I spend countless dollars at doctors, used many antibiotics and I just started taking probiotics and at first everything was good no smell no nothing just good health but now I have a fishy smell again and it's really becoming annoying. I can't even have sex when I want to because of this I need answers. I'm at the end of my rope and I don't know what else to do..any suggestions when be great.

Did your partner take a course of antibiotics at the same time that you did?  My doctor always had me and my husband take them if I got BV, saying he could give it right back to me if not.

You should invest in vaginal pearls, you can look it up and when you get them they would help extract the toxins ,for lack of a better word, and when your period comes there may be less pain.
