What’s wrong with my vagina?

I am 17 years old I had a UTI, it healed and my vagina was absolutely fine. A little after I got on the depo shot, I thought I still had the UTI, itll hurt When penis is going in and then it’ll stop during sex. It use to do that or it’ll hurt in the beginning and during and sometimes after. It’s like an irotating feeling, like a pinch and hurting. I thought it was the whole were  urine comes out but it’s below on the top of my vagina. Have no idea what it is.

So, a UTI has nothing to do with the vagina.  It's the urinary tract that is infected (where you pee) and your vagina is separate from that.  So, I'm not sure what you are really talking about here. You take antibiotics to treat UTI's.  Did you do that?  As to having pain during intercourse, UTI's I guess could cause that.  I know when I have a UTI, I"m really uncomfortable and sex doesn't sound good to me then.  Do you have any itching?  Some women get yeast infections after taking antibiotics.  That can cause irritation.  Since you are having pain below your vagina, that is likely not associated with a UTI though.  You may just be having some trouble with lubrication and have gotten a little tear or abrasion there.  Have you tried artificial lubrication like k y jelly?
