White bumps on thighs and vaginal area

Ive had these white bumps on my inner thighs  and some on my labia and some going towards my buttocks area since October 2012. Went to the doctor in June of this year and she prescribed with Aldara because she thought it was molluscum contagiosum which I was told to put on 3 times a week. So I started using the cream and noticed no difference on my inner thighs or butt. But when I put it on my labia it turned into a sore and is terribly itching and burning now and now has a lump/bulge. No idea what it is or how I can help the burning and itching which is causing a lot of pain.

Hello there,

Just finished reading your comments. I would go back to the doctor that
prescribed you the Aldara. Your doctor should know that the cream
he or she prescribed has not helped at all and has made the white
bumps on your genital area burn and itch. If you don't go back, the doctor
will think the cream has worked. As this is a skin issue, you might consider
asking your doctor for a referral to a dermatologist. Just an idea. Eve
