White spot in centre of nipple

I'm 19 years old, last night discovered a white pimple like spot right in the centre of my nipple and I am worried about what this could be. I am on Yasmin birth control and went off it for a few days at the beggining of this month because I was worried about the migraines I kept getting however I am back on it again now, I'm due my period in a few days and I'm wondering if maybe the spot is caused due to hormonal changes?

Breast cancer symptoms are dimpling on breast , a lump or thickening in or near breast , scaly nipple , inflammed nipple , discharge coming out of your nipple that's clear or bloody . If you have any of those symptoms you should call your doctor I don't think it is breast cancer your nipple just got clogged and developed  a pimple that will go away just try not to pick at it

Okay thankyou! Is there any chances it could be anything worrying like breast cancer? I know it's probably nothing serious and the pill or the gym are more likely reasons but I'm still a bit worried ?

Neasporin make sure you always wash your hands before touching your nipples just keep them as clean as possible when you know your bra is soaked up with sweat change into another one but try showering firt if your gym has a shower

It could be all the hormonal changes from the birth control . Did you recently go bra shopping ? If you did go bra shopping and didn't wash the bras before putting them on you could have gotten and infection your nipple has a tiny hole and gets infected if your not being sanitary
