White spot on tonsils overnight after oral

This is the second occurrence.  The first time I have deep oral and about two days later developed white spots on my tonsils and throat. No pain, just unsightly. I freaked out and went to the doc who did a strept cutler which was negative. Gave me antibiotics. It cleared up in 3 days.

I then got an STD test, all negative.

Last night I gave oral, again fairly vigorously as well as some rimming. Woke up with the white spots again. Not going to go to the docs because it’ll clear up. But does anyone have a clue why this keeps happening? Is it just bacteria from him? Should I discuss his cleaning habits, lol?

Anyway to prevent this? Mouthwash right after? Again, the throat isn’t sore at all, just the spots that I can see and feel
