Why do I have multiple pimples/bumps around my vagina, bikini line and front
The bumps look like small pimples and when I pop them they just come right back or form a scab and then another head forms under the scab, after showering they come to head. They don't hurt or itch. Today one on my vaginal lip felt the size of a nickle and was hard and I squeezed it and some light yellow pus came out

You don't mention if you shave or not. It sounds like a skin infection, and the area is more likely to get inflamed if someone shaves.
