Why do I have vaginal burning follow by some other symptoms?

Hi! I am 17 and sexually active. I've only had two sexual partners and I'm on birth control. My previous partner and I were tested for STDS, neither of us had them. This was about a year ago. My partner who I'm in a relationship with now is also negative for STDs. (this might get a little detailed, I'm sorry.) So a few days ago, my boyfriend and I had rough sex unprotected. This isn't the first time we've had unprotected and I normally don't have complications from it. I'm very prone to UTIs, so I make sure I pee after sex. Lately, I've had really bad chronic vaginal burning. I had this last year after sex as well, Doctor couldn't figure it out. It's not a uti, doesn't burn when I pee and I took a test strip. Negative. It'll burn really bad and I'm not sure if it's irritation or what. The other day I had some mild abdominal pain and today I started having some back pain. Not sure what this is? Not STD or PID. If I had PID wouldn't I be in much more pain? Just want to get rid of the burning. Any suggestions?
