Why do I smell and bleed after masturbation but not sex?

So I’m a teenager and I am sexually active with my boyfriend and never usually have any problems. Recently, my partner had slept with someone else and gave me chlamydia. Me and my boyfriend were both treated for this a few weeks ago and the sex has been fine, no bleeding and no pain. But I’ve noticed that every time I masturbate, the next day I have a strong foul odour along with light bleeding. This happens EVERY time, but not when I have sex. I shower twice a day anyway especially In this heat. I use femfresh wipes after using the toilet but nothing helps. I can’t get tested for chlamydia for another month. So my question is, why does it only smell after I masturbate but not after sex? I also bleed and get lower abdominal pain too. It’s so embarrassing I don’t know what to do! Why could this be?

In other words, they swabbed you for BV and ran the test? Because its hallmark is a foul odor. And I assume they have been doing an exam with a speculum so they would have seen a forgotten tampon? I don't think the doctor will send you away just because you don't need to be tested for chlamydia again, having a strong, foul odor and bleeding is enough to be seen for even if you had never had chlamydia.

You might have BV. See the doc and get checked.

I don’t have BV already been checked on Wednesday and last week. If I go to the doctors they will send me away until I can get the tested for chlamydia again which isn’t for another month. Thankyou tho it’s just so embarrassing!
