Why do both my breasts have green discharge?

Both of my breast have dark green discharge when you press not leaking. I am 30/f and breast fed 3+ years ago. Moderate pain.

In terms of location, single breast/single duct is worrisome, whereas both breasts/multiple ducts are not worrisome.

In terms of color, bloody or clear is worrisome, whereas green, milky, or other colors are not worrisome.
